Anne Delery McWhorter

Anne's belief is that Science- Applied Science- can and should be used to improve health protocols and policy, daily task efficiency, new treatments, inventions that improve daily life and efficacy, and financial solvency.

By education, Anne is a cross disciplined published scientist in the fields of petroleum geology, deepwater sedimentology, physics, petrophysics, medicine, and emergency management. Within the realms of policy and public speaking at the state and national level, topics have included Autism Spectrum Disorder, Domestic Violence, Medical Cannabis for Use in People with Autism, Epilepsy, and Palliative Care, Emergency Management, Behavioral Providers in Louisiana Department of Education Schools, COVID, Long COVID, and Medical Complexities Associated with Various Disabilities and High Intelligence.

As a domestic violence survivor, speaker, and single mother of a medically and developmentally complex child, unique medical and behavioral diagnoses of immediate family led to the development of products and policy as it relates to Autism Spectrum Disorder, Sensory Processing Disorder, Post Traumatic Brain Disorder (PTSD), and other disabilities.

Quiet Calm, LLC (www.QuietCalmLLC.com), was begun by a small donation of materials she designed for her son originally donated into disaster shelters. A mother and son team began to invent, design, and utilize materials and methods that helps people living with various disabilities live their most full life. The use in disaster shelters as a standard accommodation took a small boy's request, asking his mother, "Can't you do what you do for me? These people need help! Mom, can't you please help them?"

From an overnight launch showcased as the face of Autism Awareness for both Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the American Red Cross (ARC), Quiet Calm was born. Within on year of the start of distribution, her "little kit invention" had a global reach and distribution. Quiet Calm went on to help 1.7 million families with autism globally and 90,000 families living or surviving domestic violence nationally.

Public speaking and having workd with Louisiana legislators during the American Red Cross shelters during the Baton Rouge Flood of 2016 led to being asked to testify at the Louisiana Legislature. Assistance in crafting and understanding how evolving policy could include new technology and research to most effectively meet population needs. As an advocate, grassroots efforts turned into enacted law. At the start of the pandemic, she was a registered, professional lobbyist within Louisiana.

With a "triple nine" IQ, as think tanks formed, she was tapped to contribute to various teams addressing the global threat that the pandemic became. By harnessing new technology to reduce risk in estate planning during the peak of the pandemic, a new invention led to significant cost reduction and risk mitigation with the invention of a notarial app, apps for effectively advising and triaging COVID patients, COVID mitigation efforts in schools, and various other global teams cemented a robust experience summarized as conceiving and bringing inventions to reality.

Adversity, or perceived adversity, has always offered Anne a new direction and inflection point leading to new skill sets, how skill sets within business or policy combined with Applied Science can be applied across industries, knowledge of various closed and open Systems, and mathematical analysis on how best to navigate changing environments for personal and financial success. The pandemic was exceptionally felt by Anne and her family as they lost friends, colleagues, and family. With complex medical needs, time needed for extended quarantine of a much greater time period, Anne began learning and experimenting with new technology in machine learning, or Artificial Intelligence (AI), and automation.

At Clint's urging, experimentation led to applying open and closed system modeling commonly found within physics, petrophysics, and mathematical models for effective stock trading in the realms of sector analysis, long term investment strategies, and short term market actions based on long term and short term curve analysis. Within two years the models were established to outperform the best percentages marketed by trading firms of Wall Street.

A disability advocate who's appeared in Times and on CNN once jokingly described Anne as, "Smarter than anyone you've met while she has a migraine." Although the quote is comical, it speaks to ability and work ethic despite complex medical needs. If Anne is asked, she would say, "I don't idle well; I can't handle being bored."

In her spare time Anne enjoys creating various forms of art, including culinary, sculpting, painting, and engineering pursuits. Business may bring her on camera, in photo shoots, or testifying publicly on policy, but she is most comfortable lost somewhere in Smoky Mountain National Park sitting at the top of a waterfall.

Clinton J. Helmke

From modest beginnings, we've grown through unwavering dedication and a commitment to continuous improvement. Each step has reinforced our core belief in the power of collaboration and the importance of integrity. We're passionate about what we do, and we're excited to share our story with you.

Clinton's business career has been shaped by his analytical talents and competitive drive that were initially honed in various stages of his education.  After completing high school as a valedictorian and All-District athlete in soccer and Academic All Metro Athlete in tennis, Clinton went on to study international relations and business on a full scholarship to Tulane University.  He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Tulane in political science/international relations and was inducted as a member of Phi Beta Kappa.  Clint remained at his beloved alma mater for law school where he graduated cum laude and was a member of Tulane Law's widely recognized Maritime Law Journal.

After beginning his legal career in 2002 as a litigation associate for regional law firms in Louisiana and Texas, Clinton entered the energy industry as in-house legal counsel at Swift Energy Company, an oil and gas exploration and production company.  Here he could put his natural instincts for contracting and business negotiations to full use.  Unlike many lawyers, Clinton developed a comprehensive understanding of the complex business of producing oil and natural gas resouces from both a commercial and operational standpoint.  His relaxed, but exacting personality has meant he is universally comfortable working with Supply Chain professionals, engineers, geoscientists, landmen, and executives. , By transitioning beyond only serving as a in-house legal counsel for the company to managing multiple areas business with associated high-level contracts, business development, and commercial negotiator he has a diverse and comprehensive skillset.

After a round of reorganizations in 2017, Clint further diversified his business interests and acumen by expanding into real estate and securities investments, while still consulting as an in-house legal counsel for another oil and gas production company.  Working with his wife Anne since their marriage, they together have created a multi-state portfolio of highly profitable rental and investment properties.  Utilizing Anne's technical knowledge as a petrophysicist combined with Clint's commercial and operational knowledge of the oil and gas industry, they have also taken sizeable positions in the securities of several public companies during their startup phase which are leading new frontier oil and gas exploration around the world from Africa to Uruguay.  I

By never being individuals who shy away from adventure and a challenge, they are also applying their knowledge and experience from the oil and gas industry to the emerging critical minerals, medical, digital technology, and quantum computing sectors.  Once again Anne's technical expertise and understanding of science, physics, and quantitative analysis are complemented by Clinton's knowledge of geopolitics and international political economy giving them a wholistic picture of the complex drivers of these rapidly evolving industries.

In his spare time, Clinton enjoys volunteering his time to lecture in various commercial topics at seminars hosted by Tulane University and various energy industry forums.

Clinton's skillset in the area of contracts and business negotiations fluidly complements Anne's expertise in technical areas and public policy.
